BBPress Forum Permissions
Control access to BBpress forums by user role.
Coffeeblack BBPress Forum Permissions is an addon to Coffeeblack BBPress Extended, which will enable you to limit access to certain forums based on the users group. Installing this plugin on your WordPress website, will allow you to only allow certain user groups access to certain forums. You can also set the plugin to either hide disallowed forums from unauthorised users, or set access to private, so that users can see that the forum exists and see what topics are within the forum, but can’t read any topics.
Installation
- Download the zip from your account on Coffeeblack.
- Install the plugin either by
- Go to Add New Plugin in the WordPress admin and upload the file then activate
- Extracting and uploading the contents of the zip archive to your ftp account in wp-content/plugins.
